General Superintendent with expertise managing projects for a complete site construction company performing all facets of civil construction. Responsible for the successful completion of commercial and retail projects in the Central Florida Market.

Projects vary from 1 - 10 acres working directly with land developers and their general contractors creating new commercial, retail, and restaurant spaces for national tenants.

General Superintendent will oversee all field operational requirements with pipe foremen and grade foremen reporting directly. Superintendent will report directly to owner / General Manager.

Seeking a competent manager with a will to succeed and client-focused attitude to repeatedly deliver projects on an established pipeline of work for land developers and their general contractors. 

Prefer military experience in addition to competent resume with solid references.
